Program Component

PHASE I – BOSS TRAINER’S TRAINING
  • The Trainers’ Training can be composed of at least 4 representatives from each local church or Christian School teachers. The target is to have at least a total of 40 trainers (teachers) to be trained.
  • The Trainers’ Training is conducted for 2 ½ days (9am-5pm)
  • The Trainers will be given the BOSS Trainers’ Manual and will be taught how to do the exercises and lessons that they will teach to their students.
  • Upon completion of the training, the trainers are given a certificate that will certify them as BOSS trainer.
  • It is imperative that only those trainers who have undergone the BOSS training can handle a BOSS class. They are also not allowed to train other trainers. This is to maintain the standard of the BOSS curriculum.

PHASE II – BOSS CLASS
  • Minimum of 20 students and a Maximum of 50 students per class.
  • One class for ages 6-12; Another class for ages 13-20
  • 2 teachers per class
  • 2 hours per session, once a week for 20 weeks
